Recipe: Sweet spring smoothie

Start the day with this all-in-one protein punch that tastes great and makes the most of in-season berries.


Ingredients

  • Small handful of blueberries
  • 7 medium-sized strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons of natural, low-fat yoghurt
  • Half a cup of soy milk (or regular milk if you prefer)
  • 2 table spoons of LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond mix – available in the health sections of supermarkets, and from health food stores)

Method

Combine all in the blender and hey presto!
