Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, is often referred to as the “beauty vitamin” due to its significant benefits in supporting hair growth, nail strength and skin health. 

B3 also known as nicotinamide helps strengthen the skin barrier and keeps the skin firm and healthy. 

Silica helps improve skin hydration and strengthen connective tissues to maintain the strength and elasticity of skin, hair and nails.

Vitamin C is essential for the synthesis of collagen that helps keep skin firm and youthful. 

Blackmores Rapi-Melts™ are orally disintegrating tablets that are great for those who have trouble swallowing conventional tablets. They dissolve on the tongue in under 3 minutes and provide an easy-to swallow format.

Active ingredients per melt (Orally disintegrating tablet):

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a water-soluble antioxidant nutrient involved in many biological processes in the body. Vitamin C is found in a number of fruits and vegetables, great sources are capsicums, blackcurrants, oranges and strawberries.

Biotin is a water-soluble nutrient belonging to the B group vitamins. Food sources of biotin include cheese, cauliflower and eggs.

Also called niacin; nicotinamide (vitamin B3) is a water-soluble nutrient involved in energy production and carbohydrate metabolism. Legumes, peanuts, wheat bran, and fish are all sources of vitamin B3.

Silica is an ultra-trace element (required in small amounts) involved in the formation of bone, teeth and cartilage. Silica rich foods include whole grains especially oatmeal and brown rice and root vegetables.

Dosage

Adults – Dissolve 1 melt (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth, two times a day. No water required.
