Active ingredients per tablet
(standardised to contain valerenic acids 3.2 mg)
Dosage
Adults – Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime.
Warnings

- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual; fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery
