Method of Entry
Entry open to Australian stockists of Blackmores Animal Health.
To enter, customers must complete and submit the electronic survey form contained within the email from Blackmores Animal Health.

The promotion commences on: 23rd February 2017 and closes on 31 March 2017

Five entries will be drawn to win a $100 Pre-paid Visa gift cards.

The winners will be notified by phone. The names and addresses of all winners of gift card prizes valued at $100 will be published in the Blackmores Animal Health trade newsletter on 5 April 2017.

General- Visa Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Multiple entries are not permitted
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- Blackmores reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence and status of employment) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Blackmores' discretion. Failure by Blackmores to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, Blackmores reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
- As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by Blackmores and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
- Blackmores may require the winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Blackmores’s absolute discretion.
