Blackmores Skin Wellbeing Hamper Competition Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to enter, during the promotional period individuals must reside in New Zealand. To enter, individuals must like the selected Facebook post and comment with their “#1 wellness tip” “Tell us in 25 words or less what your #1 skin health tip is”. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Entry is open to selected New Zealand residents aged +18 years. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Multiple entries per person allowed.
5. If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material, on the Promoter’s websites, social media platforms and in trade publications.
6. Promotion commences 17/01/2022 10.00am and entries close 24/01/2022 at 11.59pm NZDT. The judging will take place at Blackmores, 666 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland on Tuesday 25 January, 2022. Winners will be notified via email or Facebook private message. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into unless otherwise stated.
7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on number of points collected from the quiz and where the maximum number of points is reached between multiple entries, the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question will determent the winner.
8. The prizes must be claimed by the winners within one week of being notified. In the event that a winner fails to claim their prize by responding to the Promoter’s email or message through Facebook, the prize will be forfeited and the Eligible Entrant who submitted the entry judged to be the next best will be offered the prize.
9. If any prize or part of any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
10. The prizes comprise 5 x Blackmores skin wellbeing hampers
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stipulated otherwise.
12. Total prize pool is valued at $500 NZD, $100 NZD per hamper, 5 to be won.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone and data communications and networks and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.
14. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, prohibit further participation by an entrant or winner in this promotion, or invalidate a provisional winner if the entrant/winner:
a. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;
b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion (including where entrants share their Proof of Purchase to enter the Promotion or where entrants use multiple names, addresses or aliases to register multiple entries);
c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
d. acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
e. engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
f. or engages in conduct which may, in the opinion of the Promoter, compromise the integrity or diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, is contrary to law or otherwise inappropriate.
15. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses in New Zealand, as applicable.
17. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in the promotion, cancel or suspend a prize or otherwise cease to provide any prize to a winner if the entrant or winner (or any companion) is (in the Promoter’s opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter, its products or brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
18. The Promoter is Blackmores New Zealand of Level 4, Building 10, 666 Great South Road, Green Lane, Auckland.
19. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

21. The laws of New Zealand apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand
