HOW TO ENTER:

To be eligible to enter, during the promotional period individuals must reside in Australia. To enter, individuals must be Blackmores members and answer the question in 25 words or less "What’s your go-to ritual for winding down before sleep? " by filling out the form within the promotional period and accept its Terms & Conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Entry is open to selected Australian residents aged +18 years. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

4. One entry per person allowed.

5. If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material, on the Promoter’s websites, social media platforms and in trade publications.

6. Promotion commences 04/02/2025 10.00am and entries close 04/03/2025 at 11.59pm AEDT. The judging will take place at Blackmores Head Office, 20 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood NSW 2102, Sydney on Friday 7 March, 2025. Winners will be notified via email and published on this page. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into unless otherwise stated.

7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question.

8. The prizes must be claimed by the winners within two weeks of being notified. Should the winner fail to claim the prize within two weeks of being notified, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the entry deemed second.

9. If any prize or part of any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

10. The prize comprises of 1 x $500 I Love Linen eGift card. 36 month expiry applies as per Australian Consumer Law. Further Terms and conditions may apply as per the retailer (I Love Linen).

11. This promotion is not affiliated with I Love Linen.

12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stipulated otherwise.

13. Total prize pool is valued at $500 AUD, 1 to be won.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone and data communications and networks and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.

15. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, prohibit further participation by an entrant or winner in this promotion, or invalidate a provisional winner if the entrant/winner:
a. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;
b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion (including where entrants share their Proof of Purchase to enter the Promotion or where entrants use multiple names, addresses or aliases to register multiple entries);
c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
d. acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
e. engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
f. or engages in conduct which may, in the opinion of the Promoter, compromise the integrity or diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, is contrary to law or otherwise inappropriate.

16. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Prizes will be sent via email supplied.

18. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in the promotion, cancel or suspend a prize or otherwise cease to provide any prize to a winner if the entrant or winner (or any companion) is (in the Promoter’s opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter, its products or brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.

20. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
