During the four weeks, you’ll learn about different attachment styles, and how to find help and build your breastfeeding support system. We’ll also show you some simple lifestyle tweaks to help you stay fighting fit throughout your breastfeeding journey.
A combination of health professionals, lactation counsellors, friends or family experienced in breastfeeding, and a person you feel comfortable sharing your worries with is ideal.
