Ingredients
- 10 medjool dates, seeds removed, soaked in boiling water for 10 mins, drained
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 4 tbs crushed peanuts
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 4 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbs maple syrup, honey or rice malt syrup
- A pinch of salt
How to make
- Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture is combined but still has lots of texture
- Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and place the balls into the fridge to set
