Energising before exercise and restorative if you’ve done your workout, this smoothie bowl has vitamin and antioxidant-rich berries to keep your immune system fine-tuned (and it’s totally delicious).
Frozen berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients
Base
- 2 cups frozen berries (such as raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, or a mix)
- 1 large or 2 small bananas, frozen
- ½ cup oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Toppings
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- handful fresh raspberries or blueberries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp pistachios or granola, chopped
How to make
- Blitz berries and banana in a blender until broken down and crumbly.
- Add 2/3 of the oat milk and cinnamon. Mix slowly until mixture comes together like a soft serve, drizzling in more oat milk if necessary.
- Pour into serving bowls, arrange toppings over the berry blend and eat straight away.
