Cashew nuts are high in protein, rich in vitamin E and a good source of magnesium and zinc. Like most nuts, cashews provide a hefty hit of monounsaturated fats, a nutrient which has been linked to heart health. Sweetened with maple syrup, these nuts are vegan suitable and make the perfect snack to bring this social season, or wrap them up to give as little gifts.
